The NACE has two sections – theory check and the skills demonstration.

It can include changing the linens with a person in bed, taking measurements, assisting someone with difficulties in walking, etc.
You will be performing the skills with a resident actor and not an actual patient.
Candidates have three attempts to pass the test.
Those who fail will get the feedback which will help them to pass the test next time.
The deadline to pass the test is one year after completing the training program.
